Was just minding my own business, looking for a meal on my journey to a place only I know when a panel truck cuts me off and two guys in uniforms with lasso sticks wrestle me to the ground. Had no id, no chip and no animal control tag, just a dirty red nylon web collar. They drove me to lockup, frisked me and took my mug shot and gave me a number before throwing me in a cell.
